Do you get cramps regularly? A lot of people do. Usually it’s a simple matter of dehydration. Know how to fix that? WATER-WATER-WATER. 

That’s right . When you finish a hard workout or a long cardiovascular training session you can deplete your hydration if you are not constantly consuming water. A good rule of thumb is if your urine is not clear all the time you need to drink more water. Buuuuut if you happen to get a cramp, a drop or 2 of doTERRA’S CPTG Lavender Essential Oil right on the cramping area will ease it immediately.
