  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet or wok

I promised myself that I will be starting a healthy eating lifestyle tomorrow, that's why it wouldn't be a surprise for me to see it on my menu one of these days. Stir-Fried Green Beans looks really amazing. By just realizing the huge help you can get from it especially if it has something to do with your health is kind of great, and I am looking forward to eat it. What's good about this is it's also easy to prepare!
