  • 2   whole Chiquita Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
  • 2   cups ice
  • 1/3   cup yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
  • 1/2   cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1/3   cup almonds


Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens.

Before anything else, I want to thank you for posting the instruction on how to make chiquita banana oatmeal smoothie! I am sure that this is healthy because of its low sugar content, and basically because smoothies are simply good alterative of solid food. I'll always be a sucker of everything that's good with our body, that's why I will try making this smoothie soon!
