This recipe was given to me by Tina Colarossi at Pivotal Fitness...Tina makes the best gluten free cookies and other healthy pastries...

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk ( try vanilla if you like your smoothies sweeter)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • Cinnamon to taste

Well, this one sounds a bit absurd for me! I've never tried pumpkin smoothie and I find it weird. I am a sucker of smoothies, but those that are sweet-tasting. Though I mentioned that it's somehow unique for me, I am still willing to try it because I can feel that it's a nice smoothie for everyone's consumption! Huge thanks to Tina Colarossi for being kind enough to share this recipe. It was a sure thing that I've learned a lot from her!
