BODY WORKS

When I started this web site, I immediately shared my ideas of different kinds of exercises and ways of eating healthy.  However, I realized that there are specific ways of not only knowing how to start your Fitness/Nutrition goals, but also how to monitor those goals.  Remember that Knowledge is Power.  The more you know how your body works, what your body needs to reach your goals and stay on the right track in doing so, the more likely you are to achieve your full potential.  The name says it all.  It all comes down to learning the physiological aspects of the human body and how exercise and nutrition affect it both positively and at times, negatively.
